We are excited for the upcoming 2025 camp season. This year we are introducing an elective tiered pricing system. This pricing system is privately self-selected at the time of enrollment.
Subsidized Pricing: Camper fees are offset by donations via fundraising, churches and generous sponsors. This has always been the way we have run camp and yes, we will still be continuing to raise support in these ways. However, if people are able to support us by paying the full price or taking a lesser subsidy, this will mean we have more money to go into the upkeep of our facilities, building new activities and improving the overall camp experience for everyone.
Our ‘Full Price’ is reflective of what our running costs per camper have been for previous years in food, housing, staffing, general operating costs and programming.
Teddy Bear Price Options:
- Full Price: $325 per camper - This option represents the full cost of each camper
- Subsidy 1: $255 per camper - This price represents a 31% subsidy of the cost of each camper
- Subsidy 2: $150 per camper - This price represents a 54% subsidy of the cost of each camper

Children’s Camp Price Options:
- Full Price: $475 per camper - This option represents the full cost of each camper
- Subsidy 1: $375 per camper - This price represents a 21% subsidy of the cost of each camper
- Subsidy 2: $260 per camper - This price represents a 45% subsidy of cost of each camper

Junior Teen and Senior Teen Price Options:
- Full Price: $475 per camper - This option represents the full cost of each camper
- Subsidy 1: $375 per camper - This price represents a 21% subsidy of the cost of each camper
- Subsidy 2: $275 per camper - This price represents a 42% subsidy of the cost of each camper

We remain committed to our goal of camp being a place that everyone is welcome and able to attend. If the above prices are still out of reach, we have a summer camp scholarship program available which can provide further subsidies as needed.
