About Our New Tiered Pricing

We are excited for the upcoming 2025 camp season. This year we are introducing an elective tiered pricing system. This pricing system is privately self-selected at the time of enrollment.

Subsidized Pricing: Camper fees are offset by donations via fundraising, churches and generous sponsors. This has always been the way we have run camp and yes, we will still be continuing to raise support in these ways. However, if people are able to support us by paying the full price or taking a lesser subsidy, this will mean we have more money to go into the upkeep of our facilities, building new activities and improving the overall camp experience for everyone.

Our ‘Full Price’ is reflective of what our running costs per camper have been for previous years in food, housing, staffing, general operating costs and programming.

Teddy Bear Price Options:

Full Price: $325 per camper - This option represents the full cost of each camper
Subsidy 1: $255 per camper - This price represents a 31% subsidy of the cost of each camper
Subsidy 2: $150 per camper - This price represents a 54% subsidy of the cost of each camper

*Applicable taxes and a Bethel gospel camp T-Shirt are included in the price

Children’s Camp Price Options:

Full Price: $475 per camper - This option represents the full cost of each camper
Subsidy 1: $375 per camper - This price represents a 21% subsidy of the cost of each camper
Subsidy 2: $260 per camper - This price represents a 45% subsidy of cost of each camper

*Applicable taxes and a Bethel Gospel Camp T-Shirt are included in the price

Junior Teen and Senior Teen Price Options:

Full Price: $475 per camper - This option represents the full cost of each camper
Subsidy 1: $375 per camper - This price represents a 21% subsidy of the cost of each camper
Subsidy 2: $275 per camper - This price represents a 42% subsidy of the cost of each camper

We remain committed to our goal of camp being a place that everyone is welcome and able to attend. If the above prices are still out of reach, we have a summer camp scholarship program available which can provide further subsidies as needed. 2026 SUMMER CAMPS

Quest Camp: May 29-31

AGES 10-16

Quest camp is coming to bethel Gospel Camp. Imagine squishing a summer camp week into a spring weekend! Quest Camp Campers will have a full weekend, packed with lots of activities like game shows, wide games, Books of the Bible Quest Game, cabin games, and learning activities. Through all of these activities, we will journey together through the Bible - from Genesis to Revelation. Campers will walk away from this weekend knowing the BIG story of the Bible - God’s Great Rescue Plan! There are also times of activity which are common to all of our camps with some unique to us. Teddy Bear: Aug 5-7

AGES 6-8

Teddy Bear Camp is a great introduction to camp for children six to eight years of age. There are fun and exciting activities as well as opportunities to learn about and experience God’s love in the beauty of his creation.

Registration is between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. Parents please join us for a final program and dinner, starting at 11:00 a.m., Friday Aug. 8th.

Children's Camps

AGES 8-12

Children's 3: July 27-31

Children’s Camps provide five exciting days of skills, games, waterfront activities, time to enjoy new and old friends and time to get to know God. Registration is from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Monday. Parents, please join us for a final program and supper at 5:00 p.m., Friday

TEEN CAMPS

JR TEEN - AGES 12-14 | Aug 10-14

About "Twelve"
Twelve is an app developed by One Hope Canada to connect campers to eachother an to their leaders after the week is over. It is the only messaging app endoresed by Plan to Protect and allows for connections built in a week, to last for years to come! After the camp week you will be sent a code. All you do is download the app, make an account and input the code. You will then be with all your fellow campers, and your cabin leaders!
