LEADERS IN TRAINING, 2026

"LIT'D"
Leaders in Training
for Discipleship

July 09-17  |  Ages 15-18. | FEE: $0.00 (Free)

The Leaders in Training for Discipleship program is a second step for those who have completed LITE or are older but have never cabin led before. This program will tackle tougher questions and give a cabin leading experience as they are in the cabins with senior leaders who can show them the ropes without all the pressure. This program also includes more teaching times led by the director as we aim to prepare participants to lead in skills, in discussions, and how to handle tough topics that may come up. This 10 day program starts with Staff training where participants join us from the beginning and get all the same experiences as our other cabin leaders.

Please note that the weekends will be break time from the program.

"LITE"
Leaders In Training
For Evangelism

July 20 - 31  |  Ages 14-8 |  FEE: $150

The Leaders In Training For Evangelism program is designed for teen’s ages 14-18 who are seeking to develop skills, knowledge, and character for leadership in Christian ministry. This is a two week program with intensive leadership training through a series of Bible lessons, service(work), creative activities, an out-tripping adventure and hands-on experience. Some preliminary teaching will take place from June-July.

The LITE program helps grow a strong camp cabin leader but much more than that; It is a rigorous and challenging adventure in leadership and personal growth and more importantly it is designed to facilitate deeper relationships with one another and to provide a training ground on which they can deepen their relationship with God. In an age of family breakdown, substance abuse, moral relativism and conflicting values, we feel that God has laid a foundation in this program to give our participants a solid footing in life and a fresh hope for the future. A young person, with a hope centered on Christ and a clear direction in life, will more likely develop compassion, empathy, generosity, leadership, patience and a sense of humour: All characteristics that contribute to the making of a good leader.

Please note that the weekends will be break time from the program.
